At the heart of the home, the kitchen was designed for cooking and entertaining, featuring a dramatic center island, professional-grade appliances, Butterscotch Knotty Alder cabinetry, and leathered Black Soapstone granite. These rich finishes complement the home’s original wood ceilings and classic Saltillo tile floors.

The former garage was transformed into a luxurious primary bath and spacious closet, while the original garage door was creatively repurposed as a dramatic architectural feature behind the bedroom headboard. Spa-inspired bathrooms throughout introduce refined tile, rich cabinetry, and quartz surfaces.

Outdoors, decorative rock, brick pavers, and black iron fencing create a private desert retreat. Authentic adobe walls, substantial wood columns, and a circular stucco seating wall preserve the home’s Southwestern heritage.

The result is a warm, inviting sanctuary that honors its architectural roots while embracing modern desert living.
