Summerlin Skyline Residence

A New Chapter, A Grand View

With spectacular views of the Las Vegas Strip, our clients found their dream home and the perfect setting for their next chapter as empty nesters. Their vision? A sophisticated yet welcoming retreat where friends and family could gather, celebrations could flow effortlessly from indoors to outdoors, and every space reflected a life filled with culture, travel, and meaningful experiences.

We embraced the home's soaring ceilings and expansive open floor plan, introducing organic wood tones, natural textures, and refined finishes to bring warmth and balance to the modern architecture. Statement lighting became an essential part of the design—adding sculptural beauty, defining the open spaces, and creating an inviting atmosphere from day to night. Throughout the home, we thoughtfully incorporated opportunities to showcase treasured pieces, cultural influences, and memories collected from travels around the world. Still in progress, the result is a home designed for connection, celebration, and the freedom to enjoy this exciting new season of life.
